It made me nervous and lets suffice it to say that I lost her on that day. I mean, do you think those other girls would have given her an inch of encouragement with the way I had bungled the whole thing. Me thinks not.

Let me come out by saying that this is just out of my own personal experience is not really to be taken to seriously. Now that I’ve got that out there ill start. The first approach is most important. You don’t want to come off to strong or to weak. If you don’t have a job that’s the first concern on your list and you need to get one, because as everyone should know you’re not going to get very far without any flow. Second is your appearance. Women are looking mostly for clean cut men. Get a haircut , shave and take a damn shower. If you smell bad, good luck with your pursuit to happiness. Your clothes are a major part of finding a woman. Some people naturally can sport different clothes. You got your thug look which does get a lot of girl’s attention by showing them that you are more than likely looking for one night stands and not a relationship. This look is aggressive and not to be sported by too many how do you say, o yeah white folks. Moving on you have the prep look. American Eagle, Abercrombie, Old Navy all make great clothes, but this may not be for you. With this style you are going to find yourself looking into the eyes of white collar background girls. These types of girls are known for having rich parents. Which leads into the you better have a nice job or you’re not going to get far with the girl you want, much less their parents. That being said not all girls are out for your money and many are actually looking for personality; needless to say again money never hurts. The last style im going to talk about and there are many more is the just wear whatever is clean look. This is a hard one to pull off, but again it can have an effect on some women. This generally shows that you may have a job and are just to caught up in life to have time to buy nice clothes or maybe that you could just careless about your appearance. Anyway it doesn’t matter which you are, because if anyone approaches you while you are dressed like this; that probably means you have a winner and that the girl really wants to get to know you.
The next thing I want to address is the place and first meeting of a girl. When you set out to meet a girl you have got to look confident. Not to confident though cause then you just come off as a jackass. Be funny and in a good mood. Always keep eye contact. Looking up or down is a sign of weakness. Wherever you are at is the first step to success because you are both there. This means you have something in common. This is how you want to start a conversation. Ask them if they come there often. If they blow you off then the search continues. If they reply then you may be on to something. Be talkative and ask questions, remember women like to talk and need to be heard. Watch what you say though you can scare off women easily by one wrong word. Talk about past times you may have had in the place you meet them or about your job. When you talk about the place you work you may strike on a subject that is relative to something they have experienced. Hence having something else in common. If you have made it this far you are doing well and deserve a pat on your back. This is where you start to make your move. Start out with a compliment. Women take a hell of a lot more time to doll themselves up just to walk out the door, then we do to go out on dates. They love to hear how good they look and can never hear it to much. Unless of course you just met them, in which case once is enough. If they drink offer to buy them a drink. If they smoke then offer a smoke. If they don’t do either then you don’t do either as of right then and there. They won’t support a habit that doesn’t support them. In any case you have made an offer which shows that you are curious to know more about them. Now that you’ve successfully made it this far you are on a roll or back to square one. It is time to get personal and time to get back to the questions. Ask them what they are interested in. This conversation can go so many ways that it may not even be worth the time, but if she is in your interest then you have the time to listen. Once again common subjects are things you want touch on most, because you have knowledge of the topic at hand. Recent break ups, job failures and tragedies are not things you want to bring up. Avoid them at all costs unless she starts to ramble on about it. Then show some remorse to her situation and let her know that maybe whatever her situation is could be for the better. If she thanks you on your comments say you’re welcome. Manners go a long way. Time for the next step. Be up front and honest about everything you start talking about. Lies are nasty and always come back no matter what. I would know better than anyone, trust me. Talk about things you like to do. Remember we are men and we like to do extreme things sometimes and you may or may not choose to talk about these things. Just be sure you sound interesting. Don’t talk about how you just got to level 20 on super smash bros or something dorky. Talk about friends and physical hobbies you have, sports or extreme sports always work and of course music. Last but not least it’s time for the popper. Ask them if they are interested in going out sometime. This second or two after you ask will make or break you. Keep yourself together, don’t look nervous. Don’t look to serious and don’t look like you’re kidding. Find a medium and stay there until you get a reply. Whatever happens next is on you.
So she said yes. Congrats you are golden. When you set up a meeting it has to be convenient for them. Time and place are everything now. Remember the things you have in common and relate your place of meeting to something in that area. Pick a time that’s good for her. At this time you kindly ask her if you may have her number in case something comes up or you get a better idea. Take it and wish her a good night. Start to walk away but slowly, she may say something to you. If not, before you leave turn your head and try to make that last eye contact. Don’t stop or run into anything just to look at her again, keep it smooth.
It’s time for the big day. Call her the day before just to make sure everything is good. Sound happy and maybe a little flirty. Be sure to tell her to have a good day or night depending before you hang up. Now it’s time to go. Remember the things yall talked about. Again clean up and prepare yourself mentally. Be early where ever you are going. The worst thing that can happen is she beats you to the spot. When she comes up to you smile and compliment her again on her appearance. Invite her to go inside the restaurant or where ever it is you are and open the door for her. Be kind and nice all night no matter what happens. After your day try and make arrangements for another meeting. Do the same thing you did before when you left only this time ask her if you can walk her to the car. Before she gets in ask her if you may call her later or if she will call you later just to let you know she made it home safe. This will give her a sense of security and begin to start to build some trust in you. That’s your meal ticket. Let her get in, say goodnight and gently close the door for her. You are now officially on your own. It’s your job to call her and talk to her. Make sure you keep yourself straight.
I could go on and on and there are many things that i left out, but you can do some of the work. As for me this is what i have learned as of my experience today and this does not work for everyone.
